Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data this site collects, why, and what your rights are. It covers this website only, not the Relaia platform.

Who controls your data
Net Nexus Global Ltd and Z-Subsea are joint controllers of the personal data described here, which means we decide together why and how it is used. Our details are in the terms and conditions.
You can contact either of us about your data at info@netnexus.co.uk, and we will deal with your request whichever of us you approach.
The arrangement between the joint controllers is recorded at [TO BE CONFIRMED: whether a joint controller arrangement under Article 26 UK GDPR exists, and where its essence is made available to data subjects].
What we collect at the access gate
The gate asks for your full name, an email address and an access code. The access code is checked on our server and is not personal data.
When you enter successfully, your name, email address and the time are sent to us as a notification, so we know who has opened the site. That notification is delivered by Formspree, the same processor described below, and it is the only thing we keep from the gate.
The access code itself is never sent anywhere. Nothing is recorded when an attempt fails, so a wrong code leaves no trace of the address that was typed.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: knowing who has been given access to a pre-release site we are sharing by invitation.
What we collect if you join the waitlist
The waitlist form asks for your name, your company, your email address and, if you choose to give them, your role and a short message.
We use it for one thing: to contact you about Relaia. We do not use it for any other marketing, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or share it with anyone beyond the processor named below.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to someone who has asked to hear from us about a product. You asked us to get in touch, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who else sees it
Waitlist submissions and access gate notifications are both delivered by Formspree, Inc., which acts as our processor. Formspree receives the fields described above and stores them so we can read them. They go to two separate forms, so entries and enquiries are not mixed.
Formspree is based in the United States, so this is a transfer outside the UK. The transfer relies on [TO BE CONFIRMED: the transfer mechanism, for example the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, confirmed against Formspree's current data processing agreement].
We use no analytics provider, no advertising network and no tracking service, so nobody else receives anything.
If you book a call
The Book a call button takes you to Calendly, a scheduling service run by Calendly LLC. We link to it rather than embedding it, so nothing from Calendly runs on this site and it sets no cookies here. You are on their site once you click.
What you give Calendly when booking is handled under Calendly's own privacy notice. The booking that reaches us, which is your name, your email address and the slot you picked, is handled under this one, and we use it to hold the meeting and to follow up on it.
Calendly is based in the United States, so this is a transfer outside the UK in the same way the waitlist is. It relies on [TO BE CONFIRMED: the transfer mechanism for Calendly, confirmed against their current data processing terms].
How long we keep it
Waitlist submissions are kept for [TO BE CONFIRMED: the retention period, which must match the retention actually configured in the Formspree account] and then deleted.
Bookings are kept for [TO BE CONFIRMED: the retention period for bookings, which must match what is actually set in the Calendly account] and then deleted.
Access gate notifications are kept for [TO BE CONFIRMED: the retention period for gate notifications, which must match what is actually set on that Formspree form] and then deleted.
Cookies
This site sets two essential cookies and nothing else. The cookie policy lists them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted
- restrict how we use it
- object to our using it, including for our legitimate interests
- receive it in a portable form
To exercise any of these, email info@netnexus.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
Complaining
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, which is the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. Complaining to us first is not a condition of going to the ICO.
