These terms govern your access to the Relaia website. By entering an access code and using the site, you accept them.

Who we are
This site is operated jointly by Net Nexus Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number [TO BE CONFIRMED: Net Nexus Global Ltd company number], registered office [TO BE CONFIRMED: Net Nexus Global Ltd registered office address], and Z-Subsea, [TO BE CONFIRMED: Z-Subsea legal entity name, jurisdiction, company number and registered office].
Relaia is built in partnership between the two. It is not a product of either one alone.
Invitation only
Access to this site is by invitation. You have been given an access code for your own use. Please do not share it, publish it, or pass it to anyone outside the organisation you represent.
We may withdraw access at any time, and we may change the access code without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage or impair it
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our written permission
- use any automated system to access the site in a way that sends more requests than a person could reasonably produce
- copy, republish or redistribute the content of the site outside your organisation
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, design, the Relaia name and the Relaia mark, belongs to Net Nexus Global Ltd and Z-Subsea or is used with permission. Nothing on this site transfers any right in it to you.
You may view the site and share it within your organisation for the purpose of evaluating Relaia. Any other use needs our written permission.
Services we do not run
Two actions on this site hand you over to somebody else. Book a call opens Calendly, a scheduling service run by Calendly LLC. The waitlist form is delivered by Formspree, Inc., which receives it from our server.
Those services have their own terms and their own privacy notices, and these terms stop applying to you the moment you are on somebody else's site. We do not control them and we are not responsible for them, though we are responsible for what we do with anything they pass back to us, which the privacy policy sets out.
Pre-release, and no warranty
Relaia is in development. This site describes a product that is not generally available, and the prototype shown is a working prototype rather than a released system.
The site and its content are provided as they are. We give no warranty that the site will be available without interruption, that it is free of errors, or that anything described on it will be built as described or released at all. Nothing on this site is an offer, a commitment, or a contractual promise.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any business loss, including loss of profit, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or business opportunity, however it arises, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
